Pamela Anderson made a departure from her usual makeup-free style and opted for a full face of makeup at the 2024 Met Gala.

The 56-year-old looked stunning with a soft glam look at the prestigious event held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday, May 6th.

Her makeup ensemble included pastel pink eyeshadow, long lashes, rosy cheeks, and glossy lips. She complemented her makeup with a curly updo and a feathered headpiece.

Anderson’s look was completed with a nude dress by Oscar de la Renta, featuring an asymmetrical neckline, a cinched waist, and a flowing skirt.

Adding just the right touch of sparkle to her outfit, she accessorized with diamond necklaces draped over her shoulder.

This year, the ball was themed “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” with a “Garden of Time” dress code.

The museum’s complementary exhibition, aligning with the theme, will showcase around 250 garments and accessories from four centuries. Opening to the public on Friday, May 10th.

Anderson previously opened up about ditching makeup after her longtime makeup artist, Alexis Vogel, died in 2019. “I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup,” she told Elle in August 2023. (Vogel died at age 61 after a battle with breast cancer.)

Anderson and Vogel first crossed paths in 1993 during a photoshoot for a Playboy cover, where the Baywatch alumna was featured.

Collaboratively, they developed her iconic style, characterized by smoky eyeshadow and slightly overlined pink lips. Nowadays, Anderson typically opts for a more natural look when gracing the red carpet.

In September 2023, she exclusively opened up to Us Weekly about her skincare routine, which includes “rose water, vinegar, toner … and homemade things.”

“I’m not really a product person,” she told Us.
